Real Beef Jerky This is real, old-fashioned beef jerky. Lots of places make so-called “beef jerky” that is soft, bite-size and ridiculously flavored. Our beef jerky is simple and classic. Made from round steak, it’s seasoned with salt and pepper and then dried in the smokehouse with real hickory smoke to achieve that unmistakable, real beef jerky taste. It’s dry and tough as shoe leather – just like jerky was when Old Granny gave it to the outlaw Josey Wales – so if your teeth are sensitive or your palate is over sophisticated, it might be a little too rugged for you.  If you aren't sure if you can handle "Real Beef Jerky" you should stick to something like this...sasquatch jerky.
