Free of the coloring, additives and preservatives usually present in mass-produced versions, this delicious Chinese New Year staple is home-marinated in a secret recipe, pressed into sheets by hand, then grilled until the perfect flavor and texture is achieved. Comes in rectangular sheets, in vacuum-sealed packs. 8oz pack: 5-6 sheets 1 lb pack: 10-12 sheets Refrigerate if not eating immediately. Best consumed warm. Please reheat gently for 10 seconds in the microwave, or toast briefly in an oven.
