Stick your chopsticks in, toss it as high as possible with your whole table, and loudly call out your wishes for the new year. It's as rambunctious and fun as it is delicious! Every tray is freshly made to order: a dazzling rainbow of 12 painstakingly grated ingredients, homemade "pok chui" (crunchy crackers), a mouthwatering plum sauce dressing, and all condiments and toppings made from scratch.
