American Salmon Roe Caviar 'Malossol' (also known as ikura or Pink Salmon Roe) is highly valued by the gourmets. These medium to large juicy eggs with bright red-orange color burst in your mouth. They have mild flavor of fresh Salmon with slight tone of ocean salt. It can be stored in the freezer for 6 months, but it won't stay there for that long after you first try it. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
