This caviar is derived from the original American Paddlefish freshwater sturgeon. American Paddlefish is often called the first-timers caviar as it has a bold and earthy flavor. The grains of American Paddlefish Caviar is similar to Sevruga Caviar and their color range from light gray to chalky black. They have a mild and gently enveloping structures. *on some occasions Paddlefish Caviar is substituted by higher-end sturgeon caviar. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening. SHELF LIFE: 4-6 Weeks Refrigerated Unopened / 6 Months Frozen STORAGE TYPE: Only Refrigerated PACKAGING: We use Tin for 17.6 oz. / 500 g. and 35.2 oz. / 1 kg and Jar for the rest weights.
