Those in need of a subtle, delicate, and rare caviar would fancy this caviar. The Almas Russian Caviar will melt in your mouth while giving out a velvety, nutty taste. Small-medium pearlescent beads have a distinct taste that is unique to this species. Almas Osetra caviar is an excellent choice for a high end restaurant or wine bar. Best served alone on a Mother of Pearl spoon or a Blini. Best pairs with champagne Brut or Blanc de Blanc. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
