Salmon Roe Keta or as it is known “Ikura” is another gift of nature that is as much delicious as wholesome. It is often called “red caviar” and has extra large eggs with translucent yet firm egg shell and very bright golden-orange color. Salmon Roe Keta is ideal for garnishing food and sushi rolls. You can serve it on canapés or just enjoy its fresh taste with the spoon right out of the jar. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
