This caviar does not differ much from the caviar produced in Siberia. It is highly praised by the connoisseurs for its delicate buttery taste with just a hint of sea salt that emphasizes the pure taste. The medium-sized grains have a tender structure so that it melts in your mouth without any effort. Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is excellent both for its taste and affordable price. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
