The Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is derived from the farmed Sturgeon. This black caviar has a flavor very similar to that of the wild-caught Osetra Caviar. The medium-sized grains have a tender structure that melts in your mouth, uncovering the subtle nutty flavor with sea notes. The beads vary from light to dark grey color with a glistering appearance. We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. For best quality we recommend to consume within 2-3 days after opening.
