The River Beluga Kaluga Gold Sturgeon Malossol Black Caviar is produced from a cross between the Japanese Sturgeon (Acipenser Schrenckii) and the Amur River Kaluga (Huso Dauricus). Its huge grains have a beautiful vibrant gold to chocolate brown color. In addition to being large in size and light in color, the flavor of Kaluga Hybrid caviar is incredibly buttery, delicate, and has a faint sea flavor which makes it a perfect substitute for the banned Caspian Beluga Caviar.
