Description Nori Ben is one of the most popular bento styles, where plain white rice is covered with soy sauce flavored bonito flakes and a sheet of Nori, with a variety of Okazu items packed together in a traditional bento box.  You can choose the main protein from: Broiled salted Coho salmon or Black Cod Saikyo,  The side dish menu may change based on the ingredient availability in the week of the service.  Nori Ben Deluxe Menu (side dishes subject to change): Broiled lightly salt cured Coho Salmon over Japanese rice from Niigata, bonito flakes and organic soy sauce Kanikama Isobeage Tempura  Fried Yamaimo Kimpira Gobo Eggplant Agebitashi (contains bonito dashi) Organic Kale Salad Tamagoyaki with ground chicken and green onion Fresh fruit (Strawberries) Yuzu flavored cucumber pickles   We use compostable bento container bases (the lid not compostable).  Disclaimer: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.  I
