 We use rice from Hokkaido and Niigata, Japan! You can choose your favorite Onigiri filling to satisfy your craving!  Broiled Coho Salmon (or salt cured Sockeye salmon) Tuna Mayo (Tuna salad, mayo, salt) Kishu Ume Cheese Okaka (cheese, sardine/bonito flakes, soy sauce)  Niku Miso (ground chicken, miso, green onion) Nasu Miso Kombu Kinoko Gohan (mushroom rice) Brown rice with edamame Iburi Gakko (smoked takuan pickles from Akita) Bakudan (a large rice ball with ajitama egg inside) Please pick up at the Kozmo Kitchen Booth @JCCCW between 11am - 12pm.
