Onigiri Workshop at PNA
What’s ONIGIRI? Onigiri (or Omusubi) is Japanese soul food. From simple rice balls for school lunches or a picnic, to various versions that are sold at convenience stores, onigiri holds a special place in everyone’s heart. In recent years, this ultimate Japanese comfort food has been becoming very popular worldwide. It’s been the most popular food sold through my catering business, Kozmo Kitchen. My last onigiri class for parent-kid pairs at PCC in February was a big hit. This popular Onigiri making class is now available in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. This is an exciting new challenge to me, and I am super excited to see many people learn and love the Japanese soul food, ONIGIRI.
