If you want to make your own ramen or hiyashi chuka, get the same ramen noodle that we used for our hiyashi chuka, for your own creation! This is a large portion (150g per package) Keep the noodle in the freezer until you're ready to cook.    This ramen noodle contains eggs.  Reminder: You can add erxtra noodles to your cart to make sure the total purchase meets the minimum $15. Thank you for understanding.  HOW TO COOK RAMEN NOODLE Take ramen out of the plastic wrap and light massage it to untangle the noodles. In a deep pasta pot, add enough water so that noodles can "swim" and bring it to a boil.  Add in the ramen and cook for 1 minute for Katame (Al Dente) and up to 2 minutes for well done. Strain the noodle and shake off excess water well. For cold noodles, rinse noodle in ice water and strain.   Fremont (4:00pm- 6pm) Address: 3518 Fremont Pl N Seattle, WA 98103The pick-up counter is inside the restaurant called Dumpling Tzar.
