HOW TO COOK RAMEN NOODLE Take ramen out of the plastic wrap and light massage it to untangle the noodles. In a deep pasta pot, add enough water so that noodles can "swim" and bring it to a boil. Add in the ramen and cook for 1 minute for Katame (Al Dente) and up to 2 minutes for well done. Strain the noodle and shake off excess water well. For cold noodles, rinse noodle in ice water and strain. Fremont (4:00pm- 6pm) Address: 3518 Fremont Pl N Seattle, WA 98103The pick-up counter is inside the restaurant called Dumpling Tzar.
