This limited vanilla extract is cold extracted with a straight bourbon whiskey from a local female owned distillery known as Knox Joseph Distillery at the OTR Stillhouse. This distillery is local to Simple Vanilla Creations in the Over-the-Rhine area of Cincinnati, Ohio. This limited bourbon whiskey was crafted and perfected from the prolific female pioneers in the United States; Michele Hobbs, Yvette Simpson, Hannah Lowen, Rawnica Dillingham, and Shannon Smith. We put our grade A Madagascar vanilla beans through a time consuming cold extraction process with this limited bourbon release to provide a one of a kind and prestigious flavor profile for any of your dessert baking needs.
