Casa de Piedra (translation House of Stone) is an excellent option for those who prefer a cup of joe, with a more traditional flavor profile.  It's a solid foundation for sure, and drinkable with or without milk. This coffee is produced by Cafe Directo in the famous region of Tarrazu, Costa Rica.   *** Coffee Roasted Wednesday - Friday each week ***                       Country: Costa Rica Region: Tarrazu  Producer: Gerardo Arias Micromill: Cafe Directo Process: Washed Elevation: 1700-1900 meters Roast: Full City Roast (Medium/Dark) Tasting Notes: Caramelized - Clover Honey - Balanced   Origin Hope Note: While cupping coffee with Gerardo, he told a story of perseverance that made Cafe Directo the success that it is today.  For 20 years he worked outside of his dream of coffee and saved money to buy and add to the farm and processing mill.  Building a great operation didn't happen overnight, but his story is a great example of the harvest that we can reap if we don't give up!  Persev
