The swimming pigs of the Bahamas are famous the world over. What many people don’t realize is there are many pig beaches in the Bahamas, the most famous one being located at Big Major Cay near Staniel Cay, in the Exumas. These particular piggies inhabit a lesser known beach on a small island at the North end of Great Exuma. They don’t have their swimming skills down perfectly yet, but they do enjoy visitors bringing them salad.
