A Handwritten Ledger Book: Stamps

early twentieth century9 1/4" x 6 1/2" x 1/2", 23.5 cm x 16.5 cm x 1.5 cm This is a very nice daifukucho, a hand written book which could have originally been used for inventories, for accounting, for ledgers or as a record of loans. This one is filled with many pages of hand writing done in sumi or charcoal-based ink.  One of its two lightly abraded covers shows hand written kanji or Chinese characters.  A good example of a traditional daifukucho with many pages of dense writing and notes. Really attractive.
