A Length of Mid Century Shibori: Lattice

ca. mid to late twentieth century62" x 13 3/4", 157.5 cm x 35 cm This deeply colored length of shibori is dyed in a very concentrated indigo: the hand tied pattern is that of a lattice, and its based on a stark blue against white color combination. This length is taken from a yukata and you will see a slight crease running down the length of the cloth. The cotton is commercially loomed--and the graphic quality of this length is stunning.
