Spotted Trotter 'Nduja (Spreadable Salami)

‘Nduja is a 100% pork based spreadable salami made from pork belly, jowl, and shoulder. A soft and supple salami with developed spices, some smoke, and a bit of heat. This is a unique salami that can be eaten as a smear on crostini or baguette. It pairs quite well with soft ripened cow, sheep and goats milk cheeses accompanied wonderfully well with rosé and dry white wines. As an alternative, it is wonderful to cook with in any tomato sauce that needs a bit of heat and depth. Approx. .5LB Chub
