So today we are going to state, "see ya later" to that exhausting old breakfast, and "step directly in" to this absolutely scrumptious Banana Oatmeal with Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl! This smoothie bowl is flavorful, nutritious and thoroughly fulfilling. Not any more sitting at your work area at work with your stomach snarling, checking the minutes 'til lunch! Those days are finished! Ingredients       Granola:  1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup unsweetened destroyed coconut 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. genuine salt 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp. coconut oil 2 tbsp. molasses 1/2 tbsp. dark colored sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Smoothie: 2 mugs cut solidified bananas 3 Tbsp. The Bee's Knees Peanut Butter 1/2 container Bob's Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Oats 1 5.3 oz. compartment Greek yogurt 1 tsp. nectar 1/4 - 1/2 container milk Garnishes: cut strawberries cut banana
