Brazilian coffee has gained renown for its smooth, well-rounded flavor profile, characterized by minimal acidity. Typically, Brazilian coffees boast a full-bodied richness, often complemented by nutty undertones. It's worth noting that Brazil is the largest producer of coffee globally, with its diverse regions offering a wide range of flavor profiles, from chocolatey and caramel-like to fruity and floral notes. Additionally, the country's coffee industry has a long history, dating back to the 18th century, making Brazil a key player in the world coffee market. Roasted to perfection from Medium to Espresso Dark.   Custom Grinding is available for a per-pound fee of $3. After roasting, your coffee will need a maturing time of 48-hours before grinding. Better yet, save the $3 and put it toward a new grinder.  Your taste buds will thank you once they taste the freshly-ground coffee each morning!   Eric Wolman - Coffee Roaster Phone and Text: 404.832.5644 Email: eric@SuwaneeCreekRoasters.co
