Costa Rica, La Minita Estate

Not all coffees are created equal. We have Kona experiences, Jamaica Blue Mountain experiences Maui experiences... the list goes on.  But now it includes the famous La Minita Estate coffee from Costa Rica, which is milled by itself to maintain its integrity.   This is a Rainforest Certified coffee. La Minita has bright acidity, medium body, and sweet flavors of citrus, orange, caramelized sugar, and fine chocolate. The balance of this coffee is superb!!!  Add a long and satisfying finish to this coffee and you have one of my all-time favorites.  Hands Down.  Roasted to perfection from Medium to Espresso Dark.   Custom Grinding is available for a per-pound fee of $3. After roasting, your coffee will need a maturing time of 48-hours before grinding.
