Ethiopia boasts some of coffee’s most unique and complex flavor profiles, and this coffee fits the bill. Mokasida is actually a blend of regional coffees surrounding the Sidamo area. This coffee is the only 'blend' I make available to my customers because the beans are carefully selected to create a unique and repeatable flavor profile. Due to this coffee’s natural processing, the cup is full of berries, notes of sweet melon and is rounded off with a delicate, creamy mouth feel. Many of my morning coffee adventures included using a small percentage of beans to mix with other coffee varieties. When brewing Tanzania Peaberry, as an example, make your own blend at home before grinding. 80% Peaberry and 20% Mokasida really add depth, flavor and mouthfeel to your morning brew.  Roasted to perfection from Medium to Espresso Dark.   Custom Grinding is available for a per-pound fee of $3.
