YOSHITA DESIGN / STAINLESS STEEL PEELER

Designed by YOSHITA HANDI-DESIGN STUDIO based in Koganei City, Tokyo and manufactured in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture of Japan, the frame of this peeler is made from a piece of stainless steel bar with a flat oval cross section bent and held together with a single screw. The peeler has a rounded edge that fits comfortably in the hands while providing a sturdy grip.
