Vollmann's name misspelled on the back panel.    Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1996. Publisher's blue cloth-backed boards; pp. (iv), 1079. A near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight, sturdy and square. A couple spots of minor discoloration to front board, scattered faint droplets to top edge of text block. Internally clean and fine. Jacket shows just a touch of shelfwear, protected in archival mylar. A very presentable copy.
