$500.00
The Crying of Lot 49, Thomas Pynchon First edition, first printing of Pynchon's second novel, a classic of postmodern literature. Philadelphia: J.B. Lippincott Company, 1966. Publisher's original quarter yellow cloth, grey boards with post horns in blind, spine lettered in black; pp. 183. Binding remains tight and sturdy, minimal shelfwear to boards with a touch of sunning to extremities. The unclipped jacket remains particularly nice, showing just trace amounts of shelfwear and rubbing with a white mark near spine crown. Faint sticker ghost to verso near spine heel. Very presentable, protected in archival mylar.
