9 Inch Chef in Dark Mai Steel From Baker Forge (Raffle Entry)

This is a Raffle Entry for the 9 inch Dark Mai Chef. There will be 30 tickets at $20 each.  A winner will be drawn at random once all tickets are purchased. Shipping is included within the USA. Outside of the USA winner will have to pay shipping.   This is a Western Chef pattern done up in a Japanese style octagon handle. The steel used in the build is produced by Baker Forge and Tool. It is their Dark Mai pattern which features a core steel of 80crv2 a layer of copper Damascus followed by another layer of 80crv2.  The handle is a bolster of Raffir Noble Copper Wasp composite which is a copper mesh and resin material. Followed buy a copper spacer, giraffe bone, another copper space, and finally a live edge piece of live edged blood red amboyna burl.
