Normandin-Mercier, Pineau des Charentes Blanc (NV)

Cognac, France. Organic. Blend of two thirds freshly pressed Ugni Blanc grapes and one third one year old Cognac. It is aged four years in oak barrels, allowing the fresh fruit flavors to combine and mature in a soft blend that is ready to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or a dessert. Notes of sweet and tangy almond, orange marmalade, and golden raisins.
