Lophocereus schottii is also synonymous with Pachycereus schottii and Pilocereus schottii. The monstrose form of this species is commonly called the “totem pole cactus”.  Plant the Lophocereus schottii seeds ⅛” deep in a well draining potting soil. Keep the soil moist but not soaking and keep around 70°F to 80°F for best results.
