We are always looking for extremely rare and profound beans from Kenya and this was recommended to us by one of our favorite global coffee educators Origin - This blend of beans from 3 of our favorite producers from around the world.  Forms of Love is equal parts of Organic Hirut Shallo from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, and Mumwe Mahiga from Nyeri, Kenya and the Anaerobic fermented Juan Peña from Saraguro, Ecuador. Roast level - We roasted this jewel to a final bean temp of 437 degrees and a Dark Roast profile to bring out some darker chocolates to compliment the berries Flavor profile - this coffee is deep and mysterious with layers of strawberry, lavender, black tea and chocolate lava cake Nose - blueberries, orange blossom & vanilla
