Long before it was fashionable, Jose Pastor championed the work of traditionally-minded growers who believed in a minimalist approach in the vines and in the cellar–often practicing organic and/or biodynamic farming.  Tickets will include the tasting of four wines and traditional tapas to pair!  Seating is limited so get your seat before they sell out!
