Tis listing is for rare large teal-green Ancient Islamic period glass beads. They are dated to Islamic Period, between the 8th and 12th century AD. Sometimes colloquially referred to as "large green Nila beads", there are hard to find. Most of the beads are teal-green, a few on each strand are teal-blue, with occasional yellow, brown or gray. Some beads have very attractive excavation patina, There are several strands available; the photos show some representative strands, You will get a random strand.
