Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding

Want something warm and gooey that's gluten free? Enter Violeta's Sticky Toffee Pudding.⁠ Sticky Toffee pudding is a warm cake with a bubbly toffee sauce poured on top. Our version uses oat flour, dark brown sugar and cream. It heats up beautifully in the oven.⁠ ⁠  Serve warm with sauce or try some fresh whipped cream and crushed toffee pieces. Or ice cream. Or candied pecans. It's all good.
