WASHINGTON JERKY - TRI-TIP CUT BEEF JERKY

USDA Grade-A Select cut 'WESTERN' -or- 'HABANERO' flavored TRI-TIP beef jerky! (4 oz only) Our newest beef jerky option, tri-tip beef jerky is more tender than the traditional top-round cut used in most of our beef jerky. Tri-Tip comes from the bottom of the sirloin cut, and is very tender, steak like cuts of meat.  The Western flavor, with a hint of wine, is a balance of mild sweetness, yet savory flavor!  The Habanero is our original HOT recipe blend of habanero peppers, black & white pepper, chili powder, tobasco, and some pineapple juice to balance out the heat.  This recipe combination contains a higher moisture content than our Red Chili Pepper Beef, which also has habanero, but it is combined with red chili pepper flakes, is much dryer, and has a more traditional jerky chew with a similar heat level.
