Our small-batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork + all-natural ingredients you will love. Our chorizo salami has bold flavors of garlic, paprika, and more, perfect for snacking or for dicing onto salads or into dishes where you want a little kick. No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and Swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 ounces.  Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
