Pork hocks (also called pork shanks), from pigs raised outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine on our family farm. Add smoky, savory goodness to soups, stews, veggies, rice, sandwiches, and more. Perfect for cooking with summer collard greens or the best ham and beans. Cook these low and slow for flavorful, fall-off-the-bone shreddable meat. Packages are 2-3 lbs. each. Ingredients: West Fork pork, water, sea salt, cultured celery powder, brown and maple sugar (100% maple syrup), cherry powder, organic cane sugar, cinnamon and clove. No added nitrates or nitrites besides those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery and cherry powders. Cook to internal temp of 160 F.
