A good cracker game is essential if you love tinned fish, so we were pretty stoked when we first tasted these White Sonora Crackers from Hayden Flour Mills. Much like Wildfish Cannery, Hayden Flour Mills was born from the idea that sometimes modern food production practices can deteriorate flavor. And like us, the founders of Hayden Flour Mills saw a better way...the old way. So all the grains in their crackers are stone milled, an old-world process where the whole grain is crushed into flour by rotating stones.
