Our team loves this one using shrimp.From your Pantry:1 13 oz Canned Chicken (undrained) OR 2 Cups cooked and shredded Chicken3 Cups Chicken stock1 Cup Milk, cream or half n halfNOTE: You can substitute 1# of browned and drained ground beef, chicken, or turkey for the Canned Chicken. Or you can also use shrimp, pork or any protein of your choice.Directions:1. In a 10” skillet combine the contents of the package, and chicken with the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Add milk/cream and stir well.2.
