The 2025 fall harvest of our Anazape beans is SOLD OUT! These went quick. As a low producing bush bean, they aren't very productive and it's hard to grow a large quantity of them. We hope to have them available again in fall 2026.  Anazape beans were an accidental hybrid found between rows of Anasazi and Rio Zape beans at Rio Del Rey farm in San Diego County. This farm is owned by Mike Reeske, one of California's stewards of heirloom bean varieties. Mike has been on a mission to find, save, and produce seed of beautiful and delicious beans that you can't get anywhere else. These beans are rich, creamy, and ready to be cooked with winter flavors.
