Arcelia's Mole Bundle

Arcelia is the wife of our foreman, Nacho, and is an important part of the Boonville Barn team. She uses Espelette chiles in her Michoacán style mole to add richness and depth, a chile normally not associated with Mexican cooking. This mole is not spicy, but instead flavorful and earthy.
