The 2025 fall harvest of our Sorana beans is SOLD OUT! These went quick. As a low producing pole bean, they aren't very productive and it's hard to grow a large quantity of them. We hope to have them available again in fall 2026. Sorana beans are native to Pescia in the Tuscany region of Italy. Sorana beans are one of the most prized Tuscan beans whose cultivation was popularized by the de Medici family in the 1500s. Sorana beans are a bit flat and oblong and are best enjoyed simply with garlic, sage, and good olive oil.
