Hailing from the Veracruz Mountains in Mexico, we are the only producer of Comapeño chiles in the U.S. These chiles are less than an inch in length and are labor intensive to harvest, but their flavor is unmatched so we can't stop growing them. Use Comapeño chile powder instead of cayenne chile and you will be pleasantly surprised.
