Curio Spice Blend Duo

Bold Flavors for Your Kitchen We know that some folks prefer spice blends to pure spices. We turned to the blending skills of our friends at Curio Spice Co to put together two unique spice bends with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, including our chiles! These two blends have incredibly different flavor profiles and we're excited to see what you make with them. Boonville Boil Spice Blend Boonville Boil is inspired by southern flavors, like low country boils and shrimp boils. The blend starts with Smoky Piment d'Ville with flavor building with garlic, lemon, bay leaf, thyme, mustard, and California grown dill pollen to add a fun pickle-y aroma. We tasted it and decided there should be a bit more of a punchy finish, so added a hint of our Comapeño chile powder.
