Neither are super spicy, but instead have rich chile flavor.  Strawberry & Chile Preserve We've captured the sweet flavors of summer in this Strawberry and Chile Preserve. Our dear friend Cruz at the Philo Apple Farm made this year's batch of strawberry preserve for us out of our own farm-grown Seascape Strawberries and Piment d'Ville. Whole Grain Mustard with Piment d'Ville This whole grain mustard gets a little kick with the addition of Piment d'Ville. It's not a sweet mustard and it isn't too spicy. Instead, it is nice and flavorful thanks to our chiles. Use this as you would any other whole grain mustard. Or in Midwest fashion, go ahead and dip pretzels right into the mustard for a tasty afternoon snack. We support that decision.
