Originally from Chile or Argentina, the Tiger's Eye Bean is quite stunning. They are bigger in size than the other beans we grow. These Tiger's Eye beans were bred by UC-Davis to be disease tolerant and have higher yields than its heirloom counterpart, making it a great crop for a small farm to grow. These beans were grown at Brisa Ranch in Pescadero, CA. They are a little bigger, darker, and fatter than the Tiger's Eye we grow in Boonville.
