This whole grain mustard gets a little kick with the addition of Piment d'Ville. It's not a sweet mustard and it isn't too spicy. Instead, it is nice and flavorful thanks to our chiles. Use this as you would any other whole grain mustard. Or in Midwest fashion, go ahead and dip pretzels right into the mustard for a tasty afternoon snack. We support that decision.
