This light roast from Seattle's Elm Coffee Roasters is a naturally processed Ethiopian. Bursting with bright and fruity flavors: plum, blackberry and peach. The namesake derives from the forward-looking coffee producer based in Bensa, Sidama. Known for picking cherries only at peak ripeness. That are then turned six times a day to dry, while constantly being attended to for any moisture content before being sent to be milled. The result is a flawless coffee with an exceptionally clean profile. Meant to leave a striking impression. Size: 10oz
