Don Eli - Miramar

With jasmine green tea aromatics, and flavors of cola and stewed peaches, the Miramar (Spanish for "Sea View") can be described as a floating, sensual tasting experience. This washed gesha comes from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. And was grown at an altitude of 2000 meters where it's noticeably colder and damper – perfect conditions for dense, complex coffee growing. It's sweet, clean, and above all, supremely elegant.
