The main objective of the study is to examine the effects of trust in psychological contracts on employee performance at Prudential bank. The study will specifically aim to; Assess the level of trust by employees in Prudential bank using the trust me scale. Evaluate the strength of psychological contracts among employees in Prudential bank using the psychological contract inventory. Examine how psychological contracts affect the performance of Prudential bank employees. Evaluate the moderating role of employee trust in the relationship between psychological contract and employee performance. The study adopted a quantitative design approach.
